We can process and sterilize a wide range of ingredients.
Each ingredient has unique physical properties that affect how heat penetrates during sterilization. Our batch process is adapted to handle the specific characteristics of every product type.
Spices
Fine and porousSpices come in many different forms — for all of them, steam sterilization is the ideal solution. Because steam sterilization does not mechanically alter the product, chili can be processed whole or as a powder. But even for pepper with its hard grains, steam sterilization is the best approach, as the heat eventually penetrates all the way to the core.
