Imtech-Steri has decades of experience with over 200 autoclaves – different sizes and models from all manufacturers. Annual service is very important to guarantee error-free working of such complex technology. We advise a yearly maintenance. Of course the customer can determine the range of the services adapted to their needs and priorities.
All mechanical parts eventually show signs of wear. Autoclaves work with high pressures and vacuum when using steam.
To prevent breakdowns and errors we advise testing, cleaning, and/or replacing of parts such as valves, steam traps, fittings etc. on an annual basis. Imtech- Steri can provide this service with an individual checklist for each customer.
Each service is discussed and agreed with the client before the start of the maintenance. At the end of each service we make a protocol that is also signed off by the customer. With the annual regular inspections we can recognize mechanical problems that will come up in the future. If you are in Switzerland we can give you 24hours cover. We also provide Remote Diagnosis option.
